Once you’ve gotten these broadheads out of the package and put them on the bolt, you’ll quickly notice how they “flow” with the crossbow bolt.

Other companies might take a standard broadhead and label it a crossbow broadhead. Not in this case. The Rage Crossbow X Broadheads is specially built and engineered for crossbow usage.check price
The 2 inches plus cutting diameter will ensure a great penetration even at greater distances.
Crossbow bolts have a lot of power and energy on shorter ranges. For what they´re supposed to do they are pretty light (and short) – and therefore lose energy once they get out to further distances…
Once the broadhead makes contact with the target, it opens and the 0.35″ thick stainless steel expendable blades get the work done. The Rage X provides huge entry holes and gaping wound channels – resulting in better blood trails.
These broadheads have a relatively aggressive-looking design with a total cutting diameter of 2 inches.
Regardless if you order the 100-grain or 125-grain models, the cutting diameter stays the same on this top-notch mechanical broadhead.
The cutting-diameter is not the biggest one out there but the overall design is still significant, making for efficient penetration and a clean kill.
The Rage X comes at 100-grains or 125-grains. The blade thickness is approximate 0.035″ which is somewhat thicker than what other brands offer for their broadheads.
The leading edge is massive and increases the momentum of the arrow. This should allow you to either hunt bigger game or use a somewhat weaker bow.
It’s also worth noting that replacement blades are available. So in case you ever wanted to change a blade – no problem!
All you need is an Allen Wrench and the replacement kit and your heads will be like new again!
These blades are sharp! Use caution when handling them …
If your blades become dull like after getting in contact with a tree trunk (!) or animal bone it’s also possible to sharpen them somewhat. I personally would recommend replacement blades though.
In this Rage Crossbow X review, we’ve looked at a number of features that make these broadheads so good!
Their massive cutting surfaces – Rear-deploying, SlipCam design with huge leading-edge blades, and that they are specifically designed for use with crossbows make them one of our favorite crossbow broadheads.check price
